Yes I would and not just for today maybe tomorrow also and slowly start to integrate the kibble back in maybe Thursday or Friday just because she didn't vomit today doesn't need her stomach is fully healed yet if she had a bug.

Honestly, I would do a bland diet for a week and then slowly introduce her kibble back. i am so happy to hear she is feeling better.

You should be doing 3 meals a day. Give 3/4 to 1 cup at each feeding.

The questionable item is a very faint sand dollar looking object in the lower right. It's identifyable only on the side picture, not on the back picture. What do you think??
