I found this in the one of the Dog cookbook, "You Bake 'em Dog Biscuits" by Janine Adams. For those that like to bake treats for their bullies, here's one that I think your bullies will like:
3 cups garbanzo bean flour (or in my case, gluten and wheat free flour)
1/4 cup powered milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons safflower oil (I use coconut oil)
3/4 cup warm water
grated parmesan cheese for topping
preheat oven to 375 degree F
mix the flour, powdered milk, and cheddar cheese together in a bowl
add oil and water
stir into a dough
add some flour if the dough is too sticky to roll out easily
turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
cut into shapes with cookie cutters
place on an ungraded baking sheet
bake for 10 to 15 min or until the tops start to brown
store in refrigerator in an airtight container
(for me, I basically use the cookie press tool and parchment paper)
This can make enough for a week.
