Hey everyone!
I read the FAQ on ACV, and I saw there were some benefits because it's an anti-inflammatory, and it boosts the immune system, but what about coconut oil? What other benefits does ACV have?
I know it is good to add it to food or water, but how much and why would be great information to have so that I can be sure I am doing everything in my power to keep Brisket as healthy as possible!
