    Bentley has the same problem with a yeasty tail pocket. Talking to another Bully owner at the vets office, he mentioned using Monistat cream in the tail pocket. I don't know what the UK equivalent is.

    I don’t even think it’s a yeast thing, I have no idea.
    Nothing bothers her.

    Like I said she will let me know when she really needs a clean.
    She will run around and hide after because something is sore
    but her pocket isn’t red or looking any different, she has always been like
    that. After about 10 minutes she’s back to normal.

    Every time she goes outside I wipe her ‘bits’.
    I’m going to change her food from lamb and vegetables and try
    witch hazel.

    She nose looks better, but when she gets hot it looks worse.
    I just make sure it stays clean and dry.
