Random Bald Patches on Skin

Hi there! My 7-month old English Bulldog puppy has recently started getting bald patches randomly on his body, mostly chest and belly and a little on his paws. I'm wondering if it's allergies - they don't bleed or seem to bother him. Any advice/help would be appreciated!!

Are they crusty like scabs before the patch falls out? Or just red patches?

It could be mange ... I would go to vet for a skin scrape to rule it out

Could be, that is my second thought... I thought mange due to being 7 months old
