Red spot on face

Tried to get a good picture of the bright red spot on Hollys face. It's to the left of her nose, above my finger. Does this look unusual to anyone?

Looks like an irritation to me, just clean it and then put some Neosporin on it.

Yes I agree, just maybe some bacteria building up and irritating his wrinkle. Use anything that will kill the bacteria should clear it right up

Dudley gets that sometimes...a little dab of neosporin and should be fine!
