Well....it's always something with these babies isn't it???
I just found out yesterday that Stoagie has hives, some on his back legs, back, and sides....so of course I turned to EBN to see if I could find any help (I just looked through the forums instead of posting about it, figured itd be quicker that way)
I had introduced some new treats to him so those are now OFF the menu, I also washed his bedding and bathed him just incase it was something that got on his
I found pictures and posts about hives that were exactly like Stoagies so I have started giving him Benadryl, since last night. He has only had 2 and I notice some shrinkage in the hives but they are still there. I just wanted to know how long to keep him on the Benadryl, and when should these hives go away??
Hes about 25 pounds so Im giving him 1 every 6 hours.
