    Default Bootcamp at 5 weeks!!!

Ok peeps… I've been doing bootcamp now for 5 weeks. My weight loss is still 5 pounds, BUT last night my pants were WAY too big… Lol Unfortunately I think that cutting down on sugar & carbs is going to be the only way I see weight fall off…

I wanted to mention another side of this that most people tend to write off… my energy level is thru the ROOF!!! Yes my muscle are sore most days, but I'm able to work thru that… I honestly feel so much better NOW!!! Still a work in progress, but I hope this encourages you guys to stay active!!! I'm also thinking of adding yoga to the mix, I've done it several times… just wasn't very good at it… Lol

Keep it up. The weight loss will come. When my son moves out in a month or so and I get my dining room back I am putting a treadmill next to my desk so I can hop on it during my long and boring conference calls as that is about the only way I will get any exercise.

I wish I could put a treadmill in the house, but honestly we have nowhere to put it. How is your wife doing BTW? Still recovering?!!

She is doing good. Other than a nasty limp she is finally pretty much back to normal. Thank you for asking.

Great job, lady! Remember muscle is heavier than fat, so you are toning up which is great

that is a great start and attitude, is there a particular sport you like doing perhaps join a softball league or something. My passion is volleyball picture a nearly 50 yr old man 300lbs 6 ft2 playing intermediate volleyball with university students. like bullies playing ball with a jack russel but it can be done.
