Are Greenies bad for dogs?

I've looked on the internet and I have gotten mixed reviews on wether or not Greenies are harmful to dog. Can someone please provide a definite answer?

I have a policy....if it’s not human grade or ingredients that you can’t pronounce, read or understand, why would you feed it to your dog? :D
