Does anybody use any type of dental chews?

Trying to brush Ty's teeth is like wrestling with a grizzly bear.
My daughter gives her dachshund the greenie brush sticks, and it works well

Try a hard regulation lacrosse ball for Ty to chew on. Some members like to give frozen marrow bones once or twice a week. Some members like elk or other horns but other members have had dogs with fractured teeth from them. Kong, Planet Dog and West Paw toys are popular. My dog loves to chew on a Planet Dog Orbee ball.

You are less likely to need any dental care even if you don't brush teeth if dog eats dehydrated raw or frozen raw food, and possibly sea kelp may help if added to dog food. https://www.amazon.com/Starwest-Botanicals-Organic-Powder-Pound/dp/B004XIS14M/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_121_bs_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=VK7X6N3G40D61H5TRCGY

No greenie!!! So Not healthy! Yes like mentioned, I only gave all my dogs frozen marrow bones and real rubber toys as that keeps teeth white. I never had to brush none of their teeth. All had nice pearly teeth. :D

Literally frozen bones. Also known as raw meaty bones.

Where can I get them

I get them at some of the local pet shops out here. Some people might get from butcher and then freeze themselves.

I don't give my guys any type of dental chews because they don't chew anything, they just inhale and swallow. Lol. I used to give then raw baby carrots, but had to start giving them to them cooked because they just inhaled them and didn't chew them, so they came out as baby carrot bullets. I'm afraid that they will choke on the dental chews.

Where can I get them

Some grocery stores sell them in frozen section... i go to a local butcher and get a full tibia (split the joint and cut into 4 inch pieces.
