Great, I just ordered P&P today for the hell of it. Dooley is Beef Fritatta and is fine other than shedding a TON. I dont see how he has any hair left on him. So I was thinking maybe a food change to see if it clears up the shedding a little.

Im going to try Duck or Salmon next. Something that Fromms has in their grain free -- white potatoes, the "Grain" versions have sweet taters. The white potatoes could be causing some problem too, it was starting to give Colossus yeast between his back legs.

Its a crap shoot I tell you that.

The struggle is the glory we ended up buying Holly some Surf n Turf. Only been through a few meals but so far so good. Her eyes are not bloodshot anymore and she seems to have handled to switch just fine.

Petunia is on the Pork and Peas and I, too, have noticed that she strains a lot when pooping so I am switching her to Fromm's Pork and Applesauce. The Grain Free Pork and Peas has a lot of calories for my big girl and we are still battling weight issues.

I would not go cold turkey to anything unless she is having an extreme reaction. I am sure others will have more valuable input on switching over though.

I guess some dogs don't do well on some foods.

Honestly as someone who had used many many foods you can switch back to the old food cold turkey if it was needed due to extreme reaction but you can just back the new food out till it's just totw again. I would not go to another food till you get your dog back symptom free n make sure it is the new food.
