Hi
The other day I’ve noticed a pink dry scab/wart on my girls lower back leg I have her booked in at the vets for tomorrow but I’ve done the silly mistake of googling the problem and only been given the worse answers , hope you guys could help if anyone has come across this or advice on even what it is maybe , my girls not even 2 yet still eats and drinks like a machine and energy levels still high 😂

It could be a histiocytoma which are harmless and will go away on its own but it's always good to have lumps and bumps checked out.
Thank you I noticed this morning she was trying to lick it if that means anything but she’s not flexible enough to reach 😂 I’ve been cleaning it so I’ll see what they say tomorrow

I would definitely have a vet check it, hopefully it’s harmless.

Please keep us updated on what the vet says.

Sorry for the late response the vet has said an infected sore and gave me some steroid cream if it’s not gone within 10/14 days then I have to return

We hope Maggie responds to treatment. I was thinking it was a lick granuloma. Glad you saw the vet...usually they aspirate contents of these lesions to look for abnormalities. Hope it gets better soon.

Thanks , I also thought that’s what they would of done maybe the fact it’s not a worrying colour or weeping made him think differently I’m not sure but she still looks very healthy ❤️

She certainly does...she's beautiful! Please keep us posted.
Late update , the steroid cream seemed to dry it out and now it’s gone 👍🏼 a small pink naked patch on the leg where it was is now all is left , feel like I don’t need to worry now haha
