Greetings all
My 1.5 year old has a swollen nasal and eye on the left side.
I have taken him to an experienced bully vet for exam and
Had an X-ray and psytology reading coming back undetermined.
He is in good spirits and chews nylabones but has pain when swollen area
Is pressed on. I have given him benedryl, antibiotics and anti inflammatory
Has anyone experienced or seen this?
It's been in the same state for 4 days now.and have no answers

My first thought was an insect bite or sting of some kind but on antihistamines for 4 days and still no improvement is strange. Maybe someone else has an idea but poor baby, I hope it is resolved soon. If not, I think another visit to the vet is in order.

4 days and no change in swelling size?

Where are you located? Maybe a different vet or specialist to look at it.

He is totally normal otherwise? Eating drinking, potty?

Have you tried warm compress to lessen the swelling?

Agree with everyone. Not after 4 days n no improvement. You need another opinion since none of the med you gave him worked. Just that is odd. Was there a reading on the brain with that xray?

I would be thinking infected tooth, as @Hankster stated. I would also be thinking another veterinarian,(bring x-ray) as @2BullyMama suggested.
Also thinking sinus cavity infection-but odd nothing showed on xray. But when foreign object are swallowed-don't always show on xray.....I would not waste time. Take him somewhere else-sounds like your vet gave up too easily. @Bruno7446

Re-reading what everyone said. The "could be, maybes n probably" can be anything. You just basically need another opinion like everyone said and a full x-ray of the whole face/head. Like I said previously, with all the meds you gave and nothing worked.....means dig deeper.
