Running into bullies

Funny how most of the times I meet or see another bully Chance is not with me. We met a 8 month frenchie sweet little girl who had so much energy. Then there was this couple in their late 20s with two male friends walking an EB I said nice dog and got the dirtiest stink eye from the humans, what should of i said Bully in an exasperated voice.

Some people think they are soooo much better than to speak to anyone on the street. That just shows that YOU are a better person. Then you should have said
