She is 2 years old. We bathed her with a Chlorahexadine/Ketoconazole shampoo and it helped with the redness on her paws and face. I have been cleaning her face with Malacetic wipes and the dermatitis has improved.

We have changed her food to a raw lamb diet (Stella & Chewy’s). She does have some socialization issues...she is aggressive if the other bulldogs come close to her bed. We will continue to work through each issue one at a time. She is doing well and seems happy.

What a beautiful girl! She is very lucky to have you!! All the advice given is pretty much all you need. My girl gets the cysts on the paws and the acne. Epsom salt baths work great.

Recently I have been using the Duoxo shampoo on paws and in folds and chin for 10 min. I do this in the kitchen sink. After 10 min, i fill the sink an inch or 2 and add in epsom salt, a bit of ACV and a couple drops of lavender. We soak for another 10-15. I do it in the sink because it's smaller than filling a big tub and she really can't move around much.. she actually likes it. plus i keep a jar of natural peanut butter on hand and she gets little licks every few minutes.
I wipe her face clean while soaking.

This process has really been making a difference!
