HELP - Little bumps on parts of his body, possibly spreading but very slowly?

anyone seen this before? they look like little bumps, under skin is fine and healthy, no redness or anything.

Since I got Jake, he gets that n in the same area. Does absolutely nothing. Like old hair pushing out.

I think some of the brindle types just have this... both of my brindle bullies look like that. Just make sure it's not hives, but otherwise it's fine.

Monty would get something that looked just like that and it was as Helene said, old hair pushing out. I could get hold of it and the hair would come out in a little clump. There was never a bald spot after though.
