Female Licks

My 3 year old neutered English bulldog licks me for a long time. Whenever my skin is bare and is around her mouth, she will lick me for like 10 minutes. is this a sign of stress or anxiety?

Lambeau will do this for HOURS if we let him! No idea why -- i think it might be a comfort thing.
Cheli occasionally will do it as did our two previous bulldogs, but Lambeau is the champ
