Agreed great advice this is what we decided. I know RC is crap and people that chimed in were worried more about what Iām feeding him rather that his health on the transition. I will get him off RC but I donāt want him to die while Iām transitioning.
Hi All,
My Bongo passed 7 months ago just got a new puppie Frankie. Heās on RC from the breeder tried to put him over to N&D then he started regurgitating and had diareah.
The only change was the food took him to the vet negative for megaesophagus, negative for parvovirus X-rays showed no...
the terrible 2's but in bulldogs not fun but it does stop. You will have to show him that you are the alpha in the home though. if you don't he will know that he is the boss not you.
Iām broken I lost my Bongo he was 10. He stopped eating on May 4th took him the the vet found a large mass on his spleen. Thought they could take it out but it burst before it could be taken out.
Bongo has the same issues, we did food allergy test restricted his diets now heās on raw. That helped his coat but the vet prescribed apoquil and that really worked for the itchy face and paws. Still gets yeast under his paws between his toes we do daily epsom salt soaks for that.

Hi All,
Bongo it seems has torn his ACL. Our vet looked at him again 4 weeks after the initial injury and same looseness in his ACL.
Heās not limping anymore, but once in awhile he does still.
Vet says TPLO is the best option heās only 7.5 years old.
Thoughts on TPLO vs non surgical?

Iāve been cleaning it and...
Hi All,
Ran into some bulldog peeps who swear by these wipes for Bongos paws and helping with environmental allergies.
Has anyone ever had Experiance with them?

Hi All,
Bongo is 7 now and still dealing with chronic ear infections. Heās had all allergy tests and is on a strict raw duck diet limited ingredients as per his allergy test yet he still gets the infections?? Any thoughts on what to do?

Iāve read and had numerous vets tell me this that 55-60 for boys leaning toward 55 for health and girls 45-50. Bongo is always around 56/57lbs.

Bongo didnāt get to his full on Bulldog look until 3ish sheās a bulldog. There are different lines Iāve seen females with less promenant heads in those lines. Stop feeding her from you plate she will eat what you give her eventually because thatās all she will get. Fromm is good I current have...
