If its on the chin - then i would suggest wiping the chin after your puppy had a drink , also changing water bowl to a ceramic and adding a tiny amount of apple cider vinegar to water might help

Best way to check is to look from the top -they should have some waist line and ribs should be easily felt but not seen x your babies are beautiful x
