Yes, we "two puppy owners" do need to stick together!!

This wknd has been very productive; i actually got a lot of cleaning done!! mostly while Finn and Tate were napping. Today I took both of them to Pet Smart to get Finn's nails trimmed. It was the first time I had both of them at the store with me. We met a couple of bulldog sisters there too. They're both napping right now. This a.m. we went for another long walk...they're getting better with the walks--very brisk and great exercise for me too!! )

I'm doing good. We took Ace out on the boat on Sunday for his special day. It was all about him and the water playing he loves. He got to jump off the boat, swim to shore and fetch the ball in the water. We up'd his anti-inflammator, Rimadyl and Durlactin last night. He wouldn't want it any other way...he has two drives, play and play, ok food too, but it's all about play so he's happy and we feel good about it . Off to go chase the Turd Burglar now, LOL

Yesterday I got Finn a crate at Petco. I put it next to Tate's crate and i've been having both of them go in their crates when they get a treat and just trying to encourage both of them to go in there every once in awhile. Last night i was strict with their bedtime and when to stop playing. They slept in bed with me and Finn likes to climb (um, hump) on Tate's back so i had to break that up and after a few "time out's"! they behaved and slept by 9:30pm! i was glad 'bout that. Thanks for your help and encouragement. It's overwhelming but i'm getting more used to having two day by day

Hi! I'm trying to order doggles for Stig and was wondering what size you got for your turd burglar? lol. Stig's currently 47lbs and I'm thinking he's going to be 50lbs max if he ever reaches that weight.

Tate and Finn are getting to know each other still; right now they're playing tug o-war with a stuffed toy and i hear one of them growling/barking! it gets me a little nervous b/c Finn is smaller than Tate and yesterday it looked like Tate was sitting on Finn's head and i jumped up and intervened 'cuz i thought he was going to injure poor Finn! i try to let them sort out their interactions together on their own but it still makes me a little nervous. I've never had two dogs at the same time before!

I hope you don't mind but i will likely be consulting you a bit since you have more experience with multiple pets!

I told you so . Jack's just starting to engage in play with Wilson but we have to monitor him as he's still on pain meds. He's doing so much better everyday. He's still swollen in the joints in the front legs, but at least he can yawn now. Poor thing couldn't even yawn due to the pain in his jaw. Enjoy you're chaos like I do. Ok, most the time I enjoy it, lol.
