Sorry Ron, I was out of town this weekend... male bulldogs can weigh more, we have some that near the 70-80lbs range. It really depends on their build, if you can see some definition in his waist looking at him from a standing position he is probably fine. You can start a thread regarding weight, and post a pic of him... many people will chime in.
