I use a wipe then dry it or use a Kleenex and he got a terrible terrible terrible sore. And his tear stains are just awful and the wax in his ears.... It's depressing to see him like this :( we just ordered another new food we don't know what to do!

Thanks. Well he eats mostly canned food, with just a little dry mixed in. We have a whole bag of Fromm still - no more hills but ican get some. I guess I'll leave out Fromm dry food so he is forced to eat just that. And see if his face an ears clear

The natural balance is venison though and he won't eat it and has terrible ear wax and tear stains. When he ate the Fromm he was eating his paws cuz they itched!!! Help :(

The prescription was Venison, duck, lamb for canned. Dry was Venison, potato and duck I believe. Def venison for dry!

Brooklyn doesn't have a collar. He wears a harness! No collar fits him that well and we heard its not so good for their breathing anyway :) we do however have an e-collar for training that has worked miracles in our house!!! He transforms to a different dog when we put it on! And we never have...

I can't even with this article! I cried like it was my baby. He should get the death penalty! And the poor owner. I don't know how she could recoup after this!!!!! And jagger was sooo adorabull :(
