So far he has been on Purina Pro Plan (this started everything), then NVI chicken (very bad reaction I think to the chicken). Then go natural Salmon (bad reaction I believe to the one grain in there) then I made him ground beef, green beans, and carrots (bad reaction to the beef I think), then...
My poor baby... Ihave tried so many different foods trying to decide what he is sensitive to and have had no luck. He is currently on Orijen 6 fish, at first I thought he was doing better. His stools are better and his tummy is not a rust color, but now his whole white face is RED! I don't...
So I have had such bad luck with Sulley and his food. His wrinkles are extremely discolored -a rust color. My vet suggested I make his food for a while. So he is now eating beef and some vegetables. His stools have gotten so much better, but his wrinkles are still discolored. I clean them...
A little update....I thought things were improving because the rust color on his tummy and thighs seemed to be getting better, but now he is licking his paws more than ever and the wrinkles seem to be getting worse. I guess I need to call the vet.
I have been dealing with this too. I tried the Nature's Logic and towards the end of the bag he was so red on his tummy/face/toes, throwing up, and had blood in his soft serve stools. He is now eating Go Natural Salmon, which I thought was helping, but now he is showing allergic signs.
Sulley has a slight improvement in his wrinkles, but his stools are still soft. I am hoping this food change helps. I do not know what I would do next...I guess take him for allergy testing. He has been on the new food since Monday night.
He had the blood three times. I stopped the food and the blood stopped. I just got the Go Natural Salmon today and gave it to him for dinner. I hope to see some improvement.
