Cowsmom thought you might know a thing or two about peri anal fistula? My Meatball is 2 yrs old & was just diagnosed, the vet wants to put him on atopica & change his food to a prescription diet.
Meatball is 2 yrs old & diagnosed a week ago. He was doing really well until this morning when I was cleaning it & noticed a blood blister. The vet wants to put him on atopica & a prescription diet of z-d. Everything I've read on the Internet doesn't sound good. Any info would be greatly...
So sorry to hear about that poor puppy :(
I've heard of a breeder in Syosett, Long Island but it might be a bit to far. Let me know if you want more info.

Today I start 3/4 Fromm & 1/4 blue. Yesterday he had 8 episodes, I'm afraid to leave him alone. Since he seems fine with the fromm at this point do you think I can just switch?
Hi - I'm going a bit crazy regarding the head tremors.....I' m in the process of switching his food , but was wondering if you got your dogs that had the tremors from the same breeder or were they rescues? Smeone suggested seeing a neurologist since he's having about 4 a day. Any thoughts or...

Thank you - I am finding a lot of great information here & everyone is very supportive. I've always had dogs, but this is our first bulldog & we have alot to learn!
Thank you - I'm going to try to get better videos.
Which food are you using? how long did it take for them to stop after switching? how many episodes a day was he having? Sorry to ask so many questions, but I'm at my wits end here.:begging:
Sorry the videos are all over the place - he was lying on my lap when it started. Giving him ice or a treat does distract him & they stop, sometimes they start up again after only a few minutes.
What happens if I wasn't home to distract him?
