Sorry you're having troubles. :( I've had MANY issues with my bully since we got him a year and a half ago. Random question but do you live in a house or a community? We currently live in a townhouse community and the management company loves to treat our lawns and not tell the residents nor...
I'm dying laughing!!! Your post is beyond accurate. I've had my baby boy for almost a year and a half now, we got him at 7 weeks, and you hit the nail on the head with everything! Where were you last March!! All great advice!!
My dog looks like and EB and most certainly eats like an EB but does not play like one! Patton requires more exercise than any dog I have ever known! Since it's frigid here being outside isn't much for anyone for a long period of time so we try to play inside as much as we can but Patton never...
Aww!! Your Bella is precious! I used to take Patton 2-3x a week to daycare and he absolutely loved it and it took him a full 2 days to recover!! He unfortunately got worms, kennel cough and a broken foot from daycare so I took him out. He continues to hate me for it but I feel like we had no...
What a great thread to read for today! And glad to know I'm not the only one!! Patton fractured a bone in his foot and just got his cast off last week!! (All healed and good as new!) Today was his first day back in his crate....while he was in a cast my mother, who lives an hour away from...
We have micro fiber and it is awful! The smells stay in the couch and the droll is impossible to clean! We have a new living room set on the way and I cannot wait to junk this thing!!
This is great, I loved reading these!
1. Full name: General Patton. (Daddy is in the Army). We only call him Patton.
2. Obsessed with keeping his schedule. If I am running even 10 minutes late to take him to daycare he makes noises I didn't know were even possible to get me to move faster...
I got my puppy at 7 weeks and at 8 weeks he started humping. He is now almost 7 months and one day he just stopped doing it completely all on his own. There is a chance that yours will just outgrow it as well. Fingers crossed? Patton has outgrown it for months now, maybe because he started so...
I'm laughing out loud at my desk!!! Mine too thinks he can fly. I now, thanks to him, have acquired the reflexes of a cat! And the blood pressure of a 90 year old Italian man! (I'm Italian). Never a dull moment is there?!
No we never punish him for it. We do the same, greet outside is mandatory for us and all our guests and if he does go inside we just clean it up. Over and over. I'd rather have this than a dog who is aggressive! He just loves everybody!! :)
Patton's 6 months and we've been letting him stay downstairs by himself all morning while we're getting ready for work upstairs for a while now and it's worked out well. But even though we can't see him, he knows we're up there. Over the weekend was his big debut. He was left alone downstairs...
Thank you! That's what we were thinking too. It's just crazy one day you think you're doing great at the parenting thing and then bam! New challenge. :)
