My bulldogs don't pout, but Liz could be Whopper's sister. She looks just like him except her spot is smaller and the spots on her ears are smaller.

That's great that you have a butcher that will package raw for you. I feed raw and am always scouring the stores for good sales. My ladies don't happen to like un-cooked turkey for some reason.
Liver treats should be cooked. Personally, my dogs won't eat it raw. Here's a good recipe for dehydrating the liver. It says to cut in strips, but I cut in squares. I don't think the venison liver is a good idea for the dogs because you can't guarantee the quality of the liver in game meat...
