Recently we slowly transitioned Lola's food from TOTW to Orijen, but during the transition I felt she responded the best right in the middle of transition, when she was fed 50% TOTW and 50% Orijen. Now she's on 100% Orijen, everything looks OK, however things like her poo looked even better...

Thanks for help everyone. It looks like it was indeed somewhat oily dirt. After regular cleaning didn't work, I used the liquid used for cleaning dog's ears ... worked quite nice.

Nope, basically during whole September when she was in heat I have only been taking her to a remote lawn.

That's exactly what my layman's guess was. That nipple growth caused some skin tear or something like that.

After careful inspection, it looks like she has a lil' bit of this around most of her nipples. Although on other nipples, it's barely visible. I tried cleaning it, but it looks like it would need lots of HARD cleaning to come off. I would first like to be sure what it is. Could it just be dirt...
