Stainless steel, on the floor. His water bowl never moves, but his food bowl does. After his bowl is empty, he likes to push it around with his head and pick up all the pieces around the bowl that he knocked out lol Soooo cute :haha:

I don't really have any suggestions for you..seems like just another bully thing. They are always doing things a little different than most dogs.. I'm not sure that Stouffer drinks his water like this, but he is VERY loud in the water bowl. I like to say he is "washing his mouth out" because...

I always search for things on Etsy. Lots of sellers actually have bulldogs and know how to make clothes to fit them. Plus, they are handmade, unique, and can be customized :)
