I, too, would like any recommendations. We got Lucy a bed with a pillow insert so it was washable but she tore through the zipper on the pillow part.

I don't have any advice but I am in the same boat - 8 month bully who will NOT go for a walk unless it's under her terms. Very, very frustrating for me because I do NOT want to pull her along for the rest of her life!

Thanks for all the great feedback! I should consider myself lucky because Lucy was house trained during the day pretty much within a week of getting her...I'll just get up in the middle of the night to let her out for a few weeks and see how that works!
