Howard will be 6 months old next week and weighs a little over 41 pounds. He was gaining weight really quickly but he seems to have slowed down a bunch this past month.

We have healthy paws for Howard and it has been wonderful. It's covered an ear infection, tummy bug, UTI, skin scrapes, and most recently cherry eye surgery. We pay around 70 I think for 90% coverage with a $50 deductible

Just wanted to let you all know that we did do the surgery and Howard was boarded during the vacation. He did great. I called every few days and they always said that he was super friendly, eating and happy. Plus they did all the post op eye ointment treatments and the doctor checked on him...

Howard went in for his shots today and he does weight 25 pounds!! They said his size/weight was fine but that I could cut back on his feeding. They said the bag always tells you to feed more than they really need. They suggested going to two meals a day. Not sure how I feel about that.
