Seems like the vet would have given a course of Metronidazole just to be safe for possible gastritis or IBS. I have been thru that with my 5 yr old boy and usually he gets that and the probiotics from the vet. Try feeding rice made with broth until it clears up. Poor baby and poor you! No fun...
