I goggled Claritin for dogs, lol
im not sure exactly other than it figured out to be exactly half of a 24 hour Claritin for Gunner. He's 25.something pounds. And it doesn't seem to make him as tired as benadryl either...and worked much quicker :)
youd just have to look it up, of course it's...
It seems to be annual bluegrass that's bugging him.
We had a week of rain and it all germinated, bloomed and went to seed. As soon as hubby mowed it all off, things have settled down on gunners belly!
I went across the street to the neighbors with him, their yard it's behind ours in this...
Also talked to our neighbor who has an AB. Sarg gets this too, there vet said grass allergy, and their bellies look identical, lol! He takes benadryl daily.
I switched him to Claritin today. The annual bluegrass is blooming and going to seed here. The Claritin seems to work better for him. He still doesn't seem bothered by it. Maybe a bit itchy in the ears?! I dunno, it could've been a random itch I suppose. But I will look into this for him, pretty...
He's always in the grass when he goes outside to potty and poop. He LOVES being outside, he will even flop down and squawk at you for trying to pick him up and bring him in when he's refusing yo go in on his own power. He rolls in the yard and yaps and runs! He just LOVES being outside.
Okay so now we have pink feet, rashy armpits and ears....
Calling the vet in the morning. Sigh
he still doesn't seem to bothered by it though. Maybe just now a bit itchy on his feet...
So Gunner has a rash, on his belly, all around his little weenie. It came on all of a sudden day before yesterday. Been giving him Benadryl, which takes a lot of the redness out, but it's not getting better, and gets more red and swollen it seems when it gets wet?!. It's been raining out here...
I couldn't find a good link with a picture, some have a full front and some are just nylon straps.... BUT...
Could it be called Cruising Companion? I searched and tried googling different things, and this kind is sold at TJMaxx and other places too! Just wondered if that might be it :)
Is there a harness out there that we can purchase that will grow with Gunner? He's 22 lbs right now and pretty thick, I'd like to have it for walks as he pulls on his leash. We have a Sporn but it's just fits him weird.
It was given to us. I don't like it so well.
I'd like to find a heavier...
Bug net is 12 weeks and doing amazing with potty and crate training. I'm just so surprised! He's bell trained to go outside. If you don't get up Cady enough he will bark at the door.
He's had no accidents in his crate! Thankfully! Lol, I'd have to literally take the tray to the yard and hose it, UGH
i think I'll just slowly move it a bit at a time until it can be removed. TY!
After we have him sleeping in his crate and in it when we aren't home, when do I take out the divider to give him more space?
His original humans bought an ENORMOUS crate. We won't ever have to purchase another unless he destroys it. He only has a third of it now with the divider in it.
Do I...
Well....
It's most likely easier to list things that DONT scare Gunner daily.
1.......
Okay, so that won't work either.
Last week he was so jumpy, he sent his dishes FLYING across my kitchen. Like 8 foot across it, airborne, FULL of BOTH food AND water. They soared nicely, I might add. I had...
