Magzie's Mom... (Magnus AKA Magzie, Mags, Bear)

My big bad bulldog is a big hearted softie. At 12 he is still fit, he climbs a steep flight of stairs many times a day. Of late we've had big health issues... and that's why I'm here. I'm looking for some bully wisdom because this is a dog who is in every other way healthy (a heart like an OX) but in the last 18 months - BOOM - skin blow-ups, "allergies", abbesses... O-M-G. We thought we had it licked and it started again. I'm going to post some pictures, and if you have ideas... please, please, PLEASE help.
