Totally woulda done the same thing! Especially since I completely relate to the rare bully sightings...I actually had never seen a bully in person until we went to adopt Em and I'm 32! (And, 3 hours to the nearest mall...yup...) It's very 'Green Acres' here, but that's ok...Em's a rockstar, but...

Awesome info! I'll make a note of all that...I'd especially like to try the Zyrtec! And to Daizy and Dukes mom, I'm glad I'm not the only one trying to figure this out :) The Benadryl may make Em sleep more, too, I'm not sure. She sleeps quite a bit, but as we've dealt with food and yeast...

I read the wonderful article on allergies and see that you can give other antihistamines besides Benadryl. Benadryl is working for Emma, but I feel like maybe something else would help her more. She tends to scratch her face on the furniture, her eyes are a bit red and her lil nose runs, usually...

Okay, just an update...we ventured out to go 'potty' and viola! We got some good-lookin results! I never thought I'd be so excited about poo! She was happy, too...she frolicked around like a little diva (maybe that was the result of my overly dramatic excitement, tho...haha)! But, anyways...

Awesome! See, I was wondering about supplements ie. cranberry, fish oil, something for joints, but didn't know if it was a good idea to do that now or wait or what? :) Any recommendations for a good joint supplement? And dosage recommendations for the cranberry or fish oil or some type of oil...
