My guy was recently diagnosed with arthritis. We've been doing the adequan shots, as needed (1 every 3-4 weeks), and deramaxx pills. He's been doing so well and I haven't seen a single side effect.
I'm going to wait and see what we hear in the coming weeks, but D's lungs have always been clear, thank goodness. He's just so clear while on the temeril and sounds like a 80 year old smoker when he's been off it for a bit.
Benadryl doesn't do much for him long term, unfortunately. Btw, thank you guys for all of your responses and tags...all of this info and suggestions have been great. You'd think by now after 8 years that an active bullie owner would have seen it all, but I guess not!
He does have sleep apnea and is not very active now a days. My concern is the heat in the summer since we live in Florida, but we can deal with that by just taking him out in the back yard and skipping the walks.

This looks like the same thing Doughnut gets. I wipe the area with listerine twice a day for a few days and it goes away. His allergis are awful and he is on benadryl as well.
