I agree, meet the breeder and meet the parents if at all possible, ask questions! you can never be too safe when purchasing a bulldog.. Pay pal is a safe way to pay tho. I've used it both ways (purchasing & receiving payments) many times. I never heard of the breeder, so did they promise it...
