Found out that it is some kind of mite that is genetic, not transferable. He is getting dipped at the vet so hopefully this will take care of it.

It doesn't seem to itch or bother him at all as he doesn't scratch it. How do you narrow it down to food or something else? I will put him back on the Grain-Free Beef Frittata Veg since he went through a whole bag of that and everything seemed fine. Anything else I can do?

Ok, so even if it was contagious since he just had his second set of shots last week and only has one set left at 16 weeks he should be fine? I am probably being overly cautious but he is happy and healthy and don't wan't to mess that up. I think maybe CAH and ICH might be different.

Any tips on training our 4 month old to come when we call him? He knows what we want but only comes when he feels like it. We treat him when he comes, love him, praise him but it is very hit and miss if he will come when we call. Does it just get better with age and being consistent?
