Hahahaaaaa!! Vegas is such a character. I always look forward to stories about him. I have a cat that used to do this to my flowers and plants. I bought bitter apple to spray on them and it trained him not to do it any more. Maybe worth a try if this becomes a habit for him?

Maximus I'm not trying to step on anyones toes and say your vet is wrong but in my own experience with Bella, she has allergies to chicken and I'm pretty sure, some type of grain. Plus she has environmental allergies. She has never had an ear infection, foul odor coming from them or been a paw...

Bella does good in the heat too and rarely gets into a heavy pant session. She gets ice as treats too and we also purchased an ice collar for her that we have yet to need to use.
