I chose sometimes since Mac is never mad at me. No really, NEVER; he's the loviest boy ever. Cleo on the other hand, yes you can tell when she is mad. She will either ignore you completely or look at you out of the corner of her eye and give major stink eye all while still ignoring you.

Exactly!! My kids are older now, going on 10 & 12 and hers are not even 2 and a newborn but I'd never say leave them behind. I have 4 kids, that's just the way it it is.

That's what I'm saying! Thanks, that sounds better than leaving them kenneled for 2 weeks and paying out the a** for the chance they not be treated right. You never know about kenneling, not everyone treats animals as they should sadly.

And might I just add that it is quite expensive to kennel 2 bullies for 2 weeks and we also live in such a rural area in AZ that motels and kennels are not readily available. My step-mom wanted us to stay with them but not after what my dad did last time. She didn't talk to him for awhile...
