whats wrong with gregory? ut infection?

so last night after the dog park ( where he consuming alot! of water that i brought that was filtered) gregory went out to pee 5 times in an hour. Which seems like a lot to me. Tonight we came home and walked around the block after the dog park to get all the pee out. He only pee'd once. About 20 mins later hes a sleep on the kitchen floor. I notice every time he breaths out he pees a little. Could he have a bladder infection? im going to call the vet tomorrow morning when they open but in the mean time any ideas?

I don't have experience with ut, but it does sound like Gregory has it. Good call on getting a vet appointment. I know that Stig sometimes pees 3 times in an hour. But only when he holds it all day.

I wouldn't have blinked at him peeing a lot after drinking a ton at the park but on a regular day for him to pee while he is sleeping? Good call on going to the vet!
