my veal calf, oops i mean dog

I finally figured out what is different about my new tiny bulldog - she has NO muscle - she's just all flab. I've had her for two months and have dropped her weight a lot and am taking her on long walks weekly when it's still cool out.

My other bully is just not like that - he's thin and relatively active.

Are some bloodlines just flabby?

thanks for the replies -i think that you guys are right, that she was just "kept" and wasn't played with really. I'm also having her blood tested.
