I just broke out the hose ... He didn't drink much but it's something!!! After about 15 mins, if he keeps the water down I can FINALLY feed him! Yay!

Sorry about the crappy day you both had. But I'm very thankful that your vets are showing that Chunk's health is their priority.

But for the water issue, I added a couple of spoonfuls of chicken broth in Stig's water when I had to keep him hydrated due to diarrhea. It worked really well and he loved it.

Awww I just read all of this. What an ordeal. I hope he feels better soon and you find out what is going on.

What an awful day you two had! I hope by now Mr. Chunk is back to his old routine of eating and drinking. Please keep up posted. Lucy sends a big bully kiss to Chunk!

I just saw the update. What an ordeal! Poor Chunk and poor Mom! How is he now? Have they figured out why he was having such a hard time?

@savemejeebus I forgot about that trick! I have done that before to get him to drink too.

Thankfully he's back to normal today! Being fresh and everything! I think the biggest problem yesterday was the blood pressure test. He was so upset before I even left that he was destined for a bad day.

I feel terrible for you.. things will get better but I do understand how stressful it is when our bullies aren't right..( we had an awful ordeal with Duke two months ago with him being sick and back and forth to the ER and I was a wreck ) I will be thinking of you and just keep telling yourself " this too shall pass".. hang in there.
