He has a small scratch across the eye, and I had already started the ointment... so it was healing on it's own. I just needed her to check and make sure it's wasn't deep. His fold was infected, so he got an antibiotic shot to help w/that... he was REAL happy about that of course!!! Lol

Oh ouch!!! Poor sweetheart!! So, it's not deep right? Healing ok ?

I have fortunately never had this problem so I can’t weigh in here. I think the best advice you’ve been given is to avoid full sedation and, if you trust your vet, follow his recommendation. Prayers for a positive outcome!:pray2:

Thank you Chris! All went well, light sedation was enough to complete the procedure, which has worked beautifully!!!

AWESOME!!! Happy to hear and AGREE.....we ALL should take time to "take it easy" on a weekend!
