So has it happened before, many times? Did it eventually retract?

Yeah it happens a lot and no. First time I had to take him to the vet. Last few times I've had to get it back in myself. The tip all swell up and doenst look like the usual tip stick. More like a nearly fully deflated balloon. From what the vets saw they said could also have a prolapsed urethra.

Vets are concerned it could happen when I'm not here and be stuck for a few hours. I have pictures that I sent to the vet if anyone wants to see what Bruce is dealing with to help further I am curious to see if it looks the same as the others it has happened to

I know 2 different bulldogs that had a prolapsed urethra and both got neutered and it was fixed. One of them tried other things but it kept happening so they neutered.

If he also have a prolapsed urethra that’s another story. But definitely the vet needs to verify if he does or not have it... then take it from there.
