Moisture in the eyes

Our one bulldog always has moisture in the eyes building up, and sometimes it covers her entire eye, and it also builds up in the second eye. After a while it goes away. This only happens in cold weather when there has been rain. Whenever there is heat, it never happens.

I don't want her to get eye damage or anything.
What can i do to alleviate the problem ? Eye drops ?

My white face Duke most of the time always has wet eye if he’s especially outside in the sun. I just wipe them dry. But make sure the folds are dry as that moisture does go in the eye n stings the eyes.

When you say covers the eye... inside or the fur around the eyes?
