It kinda' looks like it could be a lipoma. Does it bother him when he walks? It is soft, or hard? It is hard to tell from the picture. oscarmayer will probably know.I have never seen a wart looking so smooth...

Is there only one? Have any of the Vets done a needle biopsy? What have the Vets diagnosed and what prescribed treatment? Have they recommended any sort of specialist. I recommend a biopsy if it hasn’t already been done.

When Monty had an interdigital cyst one time, it was very inflamed and was between his toes and underneath. It was infected and the vet squeezed some pus out of it (the underneath part). It was very red and did not look pale like this.

Did they suggest getting it tested? I just went through Geno getting a toe amputated because he had a tumor. You can check my profile for the link to the post I made about it with pictures. Geno's grew bigger every day so probably not tmr same thing, but better safe than sorry.

Castor has had interdigital cysts (Furunculosis) but those have looked different (red/dark, and there has been blood). Good luck and hope Lenny soon gets better.
