Help Needed! 5 month old English bulldogs have had diareaha for a week.

So my sweet boys Winston and Walter are 5 months old and have had diareaha for the past week. What should I do? Should I give them something or should I take them in

I would take them in asap as they are probable dehydrated by now. They must have a bug of some kind and will needs some meds to get rid of it.
