Is this a wart

Any ideas what this is on georges face. Vets said a wart when it appeared but its got bigger and iv never seen one like this before.

Jax had warts before and they did not look like that. He had clusters in his mouth and a bigger one on his lip that was looking like a cauliflower.

Maybe it’s a cyst? I would get a second opinion.

It might be a hysto-thingy! Body absorbs it back but have your bet confirm
