Buttercup21 Is this had or soft(if you push on it) If it gives some when you push on it, it could be a cyst. Either way, if he were my dog, I would certainly take him to the veterinarian-and I wouldn't waste any time doing it! It is in a precarious spot.

Yes we are going to the vet tomorrow, I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this.

I have not-but he also could have been bitten by something-hoping it is nothing serious-is it soft or hard?

Itā€™s pretty hard

I have not seen anything like this in that spot... since it is hard it might be an abscess that will need to be drained Lynn -- abscess? Manydogs

It looks like a sebaceous cyst but get him to your Vet for proper diagnosis, treatment. He's cute!
Please report back with what you find out.

buttercp21 What was the outcome/diagnoses for King?

It was an abscess the Vet lanced it and gave us an ointment to put on it. So hopefully it will go away soon. Thanks for all your help!
