Elvis, my 6 month old puppy has a large spot on his back where he has some hair loss & bumpy skin. He also had some small, circular bald spots on his front legs & head. I've been looking online & can't seem to find any thing that looks quite like what he has. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome!! At his age, I would think mange... have you vet do a skin scrape. You also want to build immune system...

What are you currently feeding

Thanks for the warm welcome! I was thinking mange or staph too, but the pictures I found online didn't quite look like Elvis's problem. He has a vet appointment on Monday.
I am feeding him Fromm Heartland Gold puppy.

Keep us posted! Mange can look very different but it usually shows up in dogs under age of one

That looks like what Duke has. Been breaking my head why he keeps getting little patches of missing hair. His breeder said it was puppy stress and it will come n go. Well been about 6months he gets this and yes it comes n goes. He use to get loose stools with bright red blood but that was when I brought him home (3months old) and lasted a couple months on n off. Keep us posted what your vet says.

Elvis had his vet appointment today. They did a skin scrape & swab & it turns out he does have demodectic mange.
The vet prescribed Bravecto, a benzoyl peroxide shampoo & an antibotic. Hoppefully it works!

They said the same to me for Duke. I ended up buying NuStock. N Advantage Multi 100. Work great.

Keep us posted with photos. .. :)
